A choice of corn-fed chicken or roast beef striploin served with goose fat roast potatoes, seasonal veg, Yorkshire pudding and roasting gravy. *
Pan fried salmon. creamy leek mash, crispy leeks, green beans and roasted vine tomatoes in a white wine sauce. *
Creamy mushroom and paprika stroganoff with a parmesan crumb, truffle oil and wild rice.
Warm chocolate brownie with salted caramel ice cream.
Choice of Cheshire farm ice cream or sorbet. *
Cheeseboard, a trio of locally sourced cheese, serve with crackers, homemade chutney, grapes and crudités (£2.50 supplement).
